Buyer Responsibility

NCA does not function as a test lab. All bidders should perform their own research and efforts of diligence and bid accordingly. If you are uncertain about any specific item, we strongly encourage you not to bid on the item.

Ownership Transfer

Ownership of any item is deemed to transfer to the highest bidder at the moment the auctioneer declares the item "sold" regardless of whether payment has been completed.
