Carl Malloch has been self-employed since 1984 focusing in the real estate, construction and developing arena. He currently owns Malloch Construction Co. Inc., Malloch Group Inc., and Proline Realty Inc. with experience in all aspects of residential and commercial sales as well as developing raw land to the finished product. Since he has been in business Carl and his team are responsible for building over 1300 residential homes in 30+ developments as well as several commercial properties. Carl has also served on several Town boards and committees.

George comes to Spellman Malloch with over thirty-five years of work in the real estate auction business.  He is an auctioneer, a Realtor, an appraiser and real estate developer with a ‘Reputation for Results’ and is known for his experience in marketing and selling many categories of real estate at auction and otherwise.  With Southcoast Auctions & Realty Inc., a firm he founded, he has handled thousands of real estate auctions.  Clients include individual sellers, attorneys, lenders, credit unions, banks, mortgagees, courts, corporations, charities, small businesses, manufacturers, trustees, commissioners, executors, accountants, government agencies, towns & municipalities.

Mr. Collias is a Life Member of the National Auctioneers Association, a member of the National Association of Realtors, a member of the Massachusetts Auctioneers Association (MAA) and the 2010 Bid Calling Champion of the MAA.  He is a certified auctioneer from the Eastern Auction School, where he has been a guest lecturer.  In addition he has delivered lectures to and advises Realtor Associations and Realty groups and companies on the advantages of real estate at auction and the Auction Method of Marketing.

CJ joined his father in real estate & construction in 2014. He has worked in all stages of the construction of new homes, but soon found his niche in the office obtaining building permits, designing houses, estimating jobs and customizing estimating software as well as learning all aspects of developing .
