All winning bidders shall be solely responsible for the rigging, loading, spills of hazmat materials and transportation of their purchased items. NCA, LLC will not provide assistance/ labor in loadout. Item pickup must be scheduled in advance through North Country Auctions (603-539-5322). Any third party involved in the removal process, including but not limited to trucking or rigging companies, must provide a COI with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. The certificate must name Winston Holdings LLC and First Dartmouth LLC, located at 56 Kearney Road, Needham, MA 02494, as additional insured parties. The Certificate of Liability Insurance must be submitted via email to mnewman@newmanlegal.com (617-227-3361) prior to item removal. In addition, a hard copy of the certificate must be presented at the time of pickup, along with a copy of the bidder’s paid invoice. All items must be removed no later than April 10, 2026. Loadout dates are as follows: 3/30 – 4/3 and 4/6 – 4/10 – no exceptions. Failure to remove purchased items by this deadline will result in forfeiture of ownership, and such items shall revert to North Country Auctions without refund.
